Munie Labs builds AI-native applications, including but not limited to Bite (AI Meal Planner) and other products we may release. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, and recommendations (e.g. meal plans, recipes). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are not guaranteed — AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You should use your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek professional advice (e.g. medical, nutritional) before relying on it.
• No substitute for professional advice — Our AI does not provide medical, nutritional, or other professional advice. Do not use our services as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.
• Your responsibility — You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on it.
• Human review recommended — We recommend you review and verify any AI-generated content before acting on it.

4. Your obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information where required
• Use our services lawfully and not for any harmful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our services
• Not use our services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
